Sam Lambardo (Matt Dillon) is a seemingly happy guidance councilor with a good life living in Florida. He’s admired by the male student body and the girls lust after him. One day, a student named Kelly (Denise Richards) and her friend go to his house to wash his car for a class fundraiser. When her friend leaves Kelly goes into Sam’s house only to come out sometime later looking disheveled and upset. The next day Kelly claims that Mr. Lambardo raped her after her friend left. A few days later another student, Suzie (Neve Campbell) claimed that Mr. Lambardo also raped her almost a year before. While in court Suzie admits that Sam never raped her and that Kelly was lying because Mr. Lambardo had turned her down when she came on to him. Sam’s name is cleared by his reputation is ruined. Why would these girls (who seem to hate each other) lie? Lt. Ray Duquette (Kevin Bacon) thinks there is more to the story and he won’t stop until he uncovers the truth.

None ^_^ I was pleasantly surprised.

I was definitely surprised by the movie. I was expecting very little because I saw it for sale at Walmart for $5 and because of that infamous lesbian scene. Well…first of all…the lesbian scene is not that big of a deal. They makeout for a few minutes but that’s about it. And you see Denise Richard’s boobie. Nothing too graphic…but that’s not what surprised me. What surprised me was the storyline. It was so awesome. There’s, like, 5 different plot twists! It’s totally awesome…and I certainly couldn’t figure out what was going on. I thought everything going on was what was going on…but all of a sudden…BAM…something else was actually happening! A totally cool mystery thriller. Although…I didn’t need to see Kevin Bacon’s penis…but hey…ya win some…ya lose some… Because of this, the jury gives this flick:
