CM/SM, a condition both people and dogs suffer from -  Club Fundraising for research In response to the US Canine Health Foundation granting funding for research into CM/SM in Griffons, one of our members, Bridget Power came up with the idea to raffle an 'MRI' to help raise money for this very special research in Griffons.  Our Committee agreed and  rallied to both sell and purchase tickets. The MRI was most kindly donated, and will be performed by Mr Ted Humphries of Rossmore Veterinary Clinic (NSW) and Blair Kurtz of Quakers Hill Veterinary Clinic (NSW). The grading certification is included, by Dr Clare Rusbridge (UK specialist) 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th prizes are: CM/SM DVD's, Thesis (X2) signed by Dr Rusbridge, Dogtainers crate. (donated by Dogtainers Sydney, (Thanks Errol) The raffle was drawn at the Griffon Bruxellois Club of Victoria's Specialty Show 20th April 2008, during the lunch break, and in view of all present, by our judge Mr David Fifield - see photos at right. All proceeds are for CHF Brussels Griffon Grant #1004.
