The Who By Numbers 1975 |

A pretty miserable album, as the John would say, but we disagree. It started off with "Slip Kid". A song about what? We just don't know. But it is nice! The album then switches direction into a seemingly depressing song entitled "However much I booze". A song about, well... the title speaks for itself. We shift gears to two songs with a freakishly upbeat sound to them. These songs, of coarse, would be "Squeeze Box" and "Dreaming from the Waist". You get a taste of "Behind Blue Eyes" preformed live, which is always a pleasure. The only evident problem with this album is that it's over just as it begins, giving it a creepy crawly of 4 and 1/2. | ||||||||||||
