White City 1985 |

Little can be said about this one; it’s brilliant! Featuring many of the songs heard from the “White City” film, plus a few others, it captures the mind and plucks the heart strings. I can’t choose just a few songs that rise above the others. It just cannot be done. “Give Blood” being the quiet starting yet strong introduction to this album paves the way for the blues in all their brilliance and the catchy tunes of “Face the Face”, in which Pete’s daughter makes an appearance. “White City Fighting” with all it’s beauty and emotion bringing the album to a close followed by the catchy “Come to Mama” played during the end credits. It all sums up to one thing: White City. As for Creepy Crawly... it's well deserving of a 5. It's a classic! | |||||||||||||
