DESCRIPTION:
Always a villian in the Resident Evil world.
He used to be a top scientist at Umbrella. When he almost finished his masterpiece, T-002 Virus, the project was abruptly cancelled. Furious, he joined the R.P.D. (Raccoon City Department) elite team S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) and became the captain of Alpha team, swearing a revenge to Umbrella. He isn't quite the victim, he's the villian, by the way. Everybody thought he died in the mansion in Raccoon City, but he made his appearance in Resident Evil Code Veronica, again as the villian. He betrayed Umbrella and joined the mysterious H.C.F...

WHY I LIKE HIM:
Not that he's handsome and not that he isn't, I like him because he's simply cool and intelligent. Although he's very evil and caused all the troubles to the other game characters, and that he came back with his scary eyes (yellow!) and bizarre powers, he's still the best. One thing though he looks a bit old without his shades.

WHAT I WANNA SEE:
I want him to be an evil goodie! Well, I mean, like a cunning main character (we call any character we play a goodie, don't we?).
