| Well we've been around since 1949 so we have split our play list into a number of pages. The dream is to locate photos from as many of those productions as possible so you can see how good (or bad) we were. The word has gone out and folks are rummaging in their attics. As we are in rehearsal for our Pantomime at the moment, I expect to start getting the results in the New Year. Then, when I've found someone with a scanner and some spare time......... No doubt we will begin with the latest productions and work backwards and as soon as I've added a picture you will see a little camera icon. |

| We hope you will find our list of past productions interesting and it certainly demonstrates a wide range of works. You may notice there are no musicals in there - well that might be because none of us can sing! We are slightly restricted in our choice of works by the fact that we are based in a Methodist Church so we reluctantly had to abandon thoughts of putting on 'Romans in Britain' and that one with the women mud wrestlers... Being a largish group, we also aim to put on plays with a minimum of 8 characters and that stops us doing a lot of modern plays. There are some great ones out there but they only have 4 or 5 characters. Still, there are lots of classics left for us to attempt. If you can suggest any plays that might fit our criteria, do let us know, French's catalogue doesn't always give a true flavour of the play. |
