Breef history:
The A-7 attack aircraft remains service with a few Air National Guard squadrons. The Air Force did not adopt the popular 'Corsair II' nickname given to the aircraft in its US Navy versions. Sinlge-seat A-7D and two-seat A-7K aircraft were scheduled to be replaced by other aircraft types in ANG service by the end of 1993. And don't even think about asking me what does ANG mean 'cause I just said it before, Air National Guard.
