In 1996, Andrew & Tiffany Bucksot were sent to Mexico City, Mexico to begin the great adventure of starting an International Ministerial Organization. They had a dream to start churches throughout the Americas, as well as, to train and equip leaders from nations around the world. They shared the dream of creating a ministry that would accept people of all ethnical, religious and social backgrounds. Since that time, Victory Mexico and Multi-Cultural Missions has reach very high levels of spiritual and natural increase.

Since 1996, the Bucksots have established several churches, and added over 12 churches and several independent ministries under their Ministerial and Apostolic covering throughout practically all of North, Central and South America. In reality, countless lives have been eternally altered through the gospel message of God's unchangeable love and endless mercy. This is a ministry that has held to the value of being difference makers by being disciple makers.

As Latin Nations continue to grow and expand their influence throughout this entire globe, our hearts are continually stirred at the realization that God has called this ministry, for such a time as this to usher in the unchanging reality of the Father's heart towards people everywhere. It is our passion to provide a ministry of people loving people, no matter who they are, where they are from or what they believe.

OUR STORY - Victory Mexico and Multi-Cultural Missions began in 1996 when Pastors Dennis and Colleen Rouse sent Andrew and Tiffany Bucksot to start a ministry that would bridge the cross-cultural gap, which has divided the people of the earth and to reconcile them to God's Word, through faith, hope and love. Since that time, the Bucksots have traveled throughout practically all of Latin America and other nations, equipping people for Multi-Cultural Impact and training them to reach their maximum potential in life.

OUR VISION - Is based upon Collossians 1:28, "We proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ." From this scripture, the Lord shows us our main area of focus: Equipping People of all nations to reach their maximum potential in life. This means we proclaim, admoniish and teach everyone, everywhere of the love of Jesus Christ, so they may mature spiritually, develop in their soulish realm and grow naturally. We accomplish this through an expanding network of people and ministries that share the same vision.

WHAT WE BELIEVE - Victory Mexico and Multi-Cultural Missions is a non-denominational ministry, which preaches God's Word with focus and relevancy without compromise or political correctness. Our main goal is to train and equip people for the work of the ministry and represent the love of God in such a way that their hearts are enlarged towards Jesus Christ rather than a particular denomination or doctrine. The character of these ministries hinges on two basic principles found in Song of Songs 1:4, "Take me away with you - let us hurry."
