Green and Red Bell peppers/ Onions and tomatoes
Sweet Apple
Fry 1 Apple with butter/ mix with milk and 1/4 cup sugar and 2 eggs
Prawns/crabs/squids, chopped onions/carrots/red and green bell peppers. Gravy with cornflour
Marinate kebabs
in soya sauce/lemon.salt and pepper/Mono sodium glutinate for
2 hours
Assorted Vegetables

Carrot/bell pepper/cabbage/cauliflower/round mushrooms.
Chicken Fricassee
Boil chicken with cream sauce
corn flour /fried butter/stock of chicken.
Rice pudding
2 litres of milk/1 cup of rice boiled/2 tins of fruit cocktail/ mix together with medium heat for 30 minutes stir in cornflour mixed with fresh milk and stir again.
Put in fridge and eat cold
