Sister Marthas Special Stew

Ingredients
Spinach
Onion
Leek
Beef chunks
Salt
Pepper
Green Bell pepper
Water  1 pint
Sesame oil/or Olive oil
Sugar
Wine


Pastry
Egg
salt
Flour
Baking powder

Method
Boil Spinach and Leek till just soft
Dispose of water
Marinate meat /chopped onion/Sugar/salt
Boil meat till soft- not too much water

Put in casserole dish
Leek and onion and spinach
meat and sesame oil
Put in meat juice
until just level
Place pieces of uncooked onion
on top

Put pastry on top

place in heated oven until pastry goes brown
