"Nouvelle Cuisine" Big Band

Big Band “Nouvelle Cuisine” is a classic jazz orchestra, founded by two Viennese composers - Christian Mulbacher and Christoff Chech, which is today one of the most outstanding and popular big-band formations in Europe. What is most characteristic of the orchestra’s performance is the unique interpretation of jazz elements and strife to combine diverse tone pictures that create a deep, powerful impact. This band’s concerts never fail to turn into an out-of-the-ordinary musical experience. The orchestra has very successfully participated in jazz festivals in Vienna, Bologna, Lisbon, Cologne etc. In 1998 “Nouvelle Cuisine” participated also in "Thracia Summer" Music Festival.
