Wilmington Music School

The Wilmington Music School is located at the intersection of Washington Street and Lea Bouldevard in Wilmington. There is free parking in the school lot, the church lot next to the school, or on street.

From the north via I-95
Exit at 8A (Rt. 202) in Delaware. Go under the I-95 overpass, make left turn at first light. (Miller Road – there is no sign, but Kreston Liquors is diagonally across the street). Go 0.7 mile and bear right onto Lea Blvd. At the second light (Washington Street) turn right. The Wilmington Music School is the second building on the right.

 

From the south via I-95

Exit at 8, take right fork (Rt. 202 S.) Go under the I-95 overpass, make left turn at first light. (Miller Road – there is no sign, but Kreston Liquors is diagonally across the street). Go 0.7 mile and bear right onto Lea Blvd. At the second light (Washington Street) turn right. The Wilmington Music School is the second building on the right.

 

From Route 202 (Concord Pike)

Heading south on Concord Pike after the intersection with Route 141, go past the Independence Mall. Immediately after going under the I-95 overpass, make left turn at first light. (Miller Road – there is no sign, but Kreston Liquors is diagonally across the street). Go 0.7 mile and bear right onto Lea Blvd. At the second light (Washington Street) turn right.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Delaware Chamber Music Festival will extend and increase interest in classical music in Delaware by bringing to the public top quality chamber music performances at an affordable cost to attendees. Offerings will include chamber music concerts plus outreach programs for families and younger audiences, and will feature innovative mixes of traditional and contemporary classical music.
