Paintball itself is a game played with Markers or Paintball Guns. Players divide into two teams and attempt to shoot each other with 68 Caliber Paintballs. It is usely played like capture the flag, with a flag in each team's base. Each team trys to get the other flag and bring it back to their base.
There are three general classifications of paintball.(Tournament, Walk-On, and Recreational)
In Walk-On players just go to a local field and play for fun. In Recreational you play with your friends on fields you create yourself, and in Tournament play organized teams pay fees to play in tournaments for prizes and recognition.
