Due to the new service agreement, we have had to remove all midi files from our site. Yahoo is claiming that anything on the site may be used by them however they see fit. As we had permission to use these orginal copyrighted files - but the owner does not plan to give them to Yahoo - we have had to remove them until the situation has been clarified or remediated.

We plan to create something new - but for those looking for what was here - do not be dismayed - Everything is still online, and can be found at www.lutheran-hymnal.com

While we valued the geocities community - we cannot condone the intellectual piracy of the yahoo agreement.

Perhaps yahoo may change its mind if enough people complain.
