Tatyana was a young woman entering the world of
business when she met Tamanier. He was at the time visiting a ghoul at
an Austrian University. The ghoul was her professor and when asked about
his students, she was recommended at the top of her class. Your typical
overachiever. What her professor failed to mention was that she used
others in her class and at the University in order to boost her grades.
She was used to using people to get what she needed and then ditching
them once they had served their purpose. She had high ambitions to
become a successful business woman in the industrial field. Perhaps one
day even owning her own industrial company.
After the meeting with her professor, Tamanier asked for a private
interview with her. Her professor led her to believe that Tamanier was
an extremely successful entrepreneur and was offering her a job
opportunity. Only a half-truth in reality. It was at this meeting that
she was embraced by one of Tamanier's assistants and was sent to Chateau
DeVille for her training. His only explanation was that she may one day
prove to be useful. Finally, 57 years later, she was called on to attend
Tamanier in the city of Dorchadas. He explained to her that she could
serve him best by playing the role of his personal secretary. This
suited her fine. The personal assistant of the most powerful and
influential man in the Clan, barring the Council of Seven and Tremere
himself, held endless opportunities in and of itself as well as the
added prestige of being in the confidence of this powerful man. She
throws herself into whatever task he assigns to her with the passion of
a fanatic. She is utterly and completely loyal to him and has never
regretted her embrace.
She has accompanied Tamanier to Los Angeles to continue her work as his Personal Secretary in his newest Chantry which serves as his home base as Pontifex.
