A Carmel on the Mount Carmel is... the particular presence of Mary, Our Lady of Mount Carmel.   Born on this mountain, the Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel took its name from the chapel which was dedicated to Mary under this title. A Carmel on the Mount Carmel is the grace renewed each day to live in the Holy Land,in the cradle of the Order, linked to an immense Biblical, historical and mystical tradition.
