Jack and Rebecca and their children also lived for a time New York City where Jack was said to have been a professor of music. Their daughter Julia was married there to Henry Hume Leland at the Marble Collegiate Church (pictured below). |

Jack and Rebecca DuBois had the following children: Laura, who died at an early age; Samuel Webster DuBois (1876-1925); and Julia Wynne DuBois (1880-1941.) Samuel never married and lived much of his life in New York City. Julia married Henry Hume Leland on 11/7/1900. Their children were: Julia DuBois Leland, Henry Hume Leland, Jr., and John DuBois Leland. |
