Welcome to the III MEF Brass Quintet Web Page!!! On this page you will find information on the premier Small Ensemble in the Marine Corps. As members of the III MEF Band, the only forward deployed Musicial Unit in the Marine Corps, we perform many ceremonial, cultural, and symphonic commitments a year. But we also have formed our Quintet, which performs chamber music, light jazz, dixieland, and marches that have delighted people for centuries.
The members of our Quintet have come from all over the United States, and from various musicial backgrounds. We have performed all over the Pacific Rim in such places as Australia, China, Japan, Russia, and Thailand. We hope that you enjoy our page and we will update it weekly with pictures and sounds.
