My FriendsI've made many friends over the years that I can't possibly include all of them in here. So for those of you whose names aren't mentioned here, my apologies. My close pals in uni are Mark, Adeline, Fuh Kum, Judy and Hsiao Huei. They are always there for me when I need someone to talk to, and I'm really thankful to have them as my pals. We usually hang around together, with the rest of the class in the canteen, or go out together for movies and stuff. My boyfriend Mark even modeled for us once a whole variety of clothes. (Hey Mark, you've got a hunk's bod you know, so flaunt it!) We also "chiong" together, except for Fuh Kum, who is too "guai" to go to discos with us, I guess. Must try to pull him to "chiong" some time.
Besides my classmates, I have another bunch of close pals from the Hall. They are Amelia, Baolian, Lee Ching, Minghui, Pauline and Veronica. When the seven of us are together, we wreck havoc! Hee... we did have some good times staying together in the Hall. We even stayed out once together over at Sentosa to watch the meteor shower in '98. Wasn't a success coz the clouds suddenly blocked our view, but we did have fun playing bridge the whole night, trying to keep awake. Ya, thanks to them, I learnt how to play bridge!
Well, I have another two close friends, one from secondary school, Huey Huey, the other from JC, Yan Wing. Huey Huey and I used to sit together most times in secondary school, all through the four years. She used to help me a lot in my Chinese (yah, my "china" isn't very good), while I helped her in whatever she needed help in (which isn't much). Somehow, we didn't go to the same JC after the 'O' levels, but we kind of still keep in touch. Yan Wing is my best buddy all through JC. We used to sit together to brainstorm on our homework and observe the guys. Oops! Well, now we still see each other in uni, since we are in the same faculty, so that helps us keep in touch with each other. Thanks, you two, for the memories, and email me whenever you are free!!!
I have a big group of pals whom I've been together for a long time, and we have shared so much of our lives together I can't possibly leave them out. They are none other than my ballet friends, which also includes my teacher, Miss June Lee, who is like our second mother. Thank you all for the fun times spent together.
I must mention my "brothers"... though I don't keep in contact with them as often now, we still talk on ICQ, just to catch up with each other. They are Hansel, Timothy, Sianyang and Derrick. Derrick kor is the only one whom I totally have lost touch, so, Derrick if you are reading this, please email me. =)
Being on the Net helps widen your social circle, doesn't it? Well, I have made loads of friends on the Net too, especially through IRC and ICQ. My chat pals include TaS, Forrest, Moky, Dano, LordofChaos, Tze Chao and HaZeYhAzE. Thanks pals, for the chat time! |
