Music Lessons : Missed & Make-up Policies Make-up lesson (not credit) will be provided if 24 hours' advance notice or 6 hours' advance notice in the event of illness. Otherwise, all cancellations will be charged. In case of emergency, when the advance notice can not be made, the students are allowed to have one make-up lesson in a whole term (3-month and up terms). In the event of teacher's absence, the Academy will either assign a substitute teacher or arrange for a make-up lesson. All make-up lessons will be offered at teacher's convenience. Credit is given only when the make-up lessons can not be arranged and they can only be used for the future lessons. Credits cannot be refunded when the term is terminated. For students who frequently miss lessons, the Academy reserves the right to reassign the time slots to other students.
