The Florist Shop

When my passion for making
miniature paper flowers had taken over my whole dinner table, I had to house
them
in some other place. Thus the
creation of this small florist shop. All the flowers were individually hand made
from
crepe paper.

The back wall of the shop. You can see
a variety of mini vases (glass and wooden beads), wreath bases, decorative
papers to wrap all the bouquets. and
some printable wall hanging. There is also wall vase holding some artificial
roses
on top.

The counter is actually an
empty soap box that I wrapped with some printable wallpaper. The flower
arrangement
is made by me but its not for sale in
the shop. There are stacks of customer receipts, a pencil holder and some
potpourri sachets for sale ( p/s:
There is real potpourri inside in the sachets:)) You can also see some rolls of
gold
and paper ribbons for tying the
bouquets. The ribbon holder is made from a popsicle stick and toothpick.

Some of the flowers for
sale includes, sunflowers, single stalk of roses, freshly picked gerberas,
gladiolus, crocus and
some dried flowers too.

If you guessed it right, 2
of the flower vases in the picture are mini findings. One is a colin window
cleaner top and the
other one is black marker pen cover
which makes perfect tall flower vases.

The flooring is made from egg carton, another project idea from a online mini group.
