The Citizenship Code of Stormark. To all and singular to whom these presents shall come,greetings: Let it be known that it has pleased His Imperial Majesty,The Sovereign Viking Emperor to issue this Code with rules governing Citizenhip of Stormark. Article 1: Only the Emperor may,in His absolute discretion, grant, revoke and restore citizenship. Article 2: a)There shall be three (3) levels of citizenship:full, honorary and temporary. b)A full citizen is an individual whose application for citizenship is approved by the Emperor or His proxy. c)A honorary citizen is an individual who has been honoured by the Emperor by being granted Stormarkian citizenship. d)A temporary citizen is an individual who has been granted Stormarkian citizenship to enable him/her to hold office under the Viking Empire of Stormark. Article 3: Upon being granted citizenship every full citizen shall choose a Viking Name by which he/she shall be known in Stormark. Article 4: a)Any person past the age of adulthood may petition His Imperial Majesty's Government for Stormarkian citizenship. b)As regards this Code,an adult is an individual who has reached or passed the age of fifteen(15). Article 5: Any parent may petition His Imperial Majesty's Government on his/her minor children's behalf for Stormarkian citizenship. Article 6: Any adult citizen is free to renounce his/her citizenship,effective immediatly upon notification of His Imperial Majesty's Government,without fear of reprisal. Article 7: Parents may renounce the citizenship of their minor children on their minor children's behalf. Article 8: Temporary citizenship expires automaticly when the temporary citizen ceases to hold office under the Viking Empire of Stormark. Article 9: a)Full Stormarkian citizens may hold citizenship in other micronations.They are, however,required to inform His Imperial Majesty's Government about all micronational citizenships they hold. b)When it's determined that a full citizen holds undeclared citizenship in another micronation his/her citizenship shall be revoked and he/she shall be barred forever from re-applying and no future Emperor may restore his/her citizenship.
