Lavalon-Stormark Treaty.
						To all and singular to whom these articles may concern,let it be known that we,the sovereign and recognized rulers of the Sovereign Principality of Lavalon,in the person of Kieran Bennett the Sovereign Prince of Lavalon, and of the Viking Empire of Stormark,in the person of Harald Thorstein I the Generous Giver the Sovereign Viking Emperor,so extend our greetings, Be it known that the articles of this treaty were negociated in good faith and without coercion on the part of the Sovereign Principality of Lavalon and of the Viking Empire of Stormark, and both signatory nations agree to: Article I The unconditional recognition of, and respect for, the sovereignty and legitimacy of the other. Article II The unconditional declaration of a perpetual state of peace and harmony, and that this state shall characterize all relations between the parties.The parties further agree to the perpetual renunciation of all hostile measures, be they overt or covert, to the other. Article III The pursuit and advocacy of Human Rights as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948. Article IV The pursuit and advocacy of ecological sustainability and respect for all natural ecosystems. Article V The absolute prohibition of the death penalty. Article VI Support the other, wherever they may seek it, in attaining membership in international to which one contracting party is at that time a member. Article VII Providing full sovereign diplomatic immunity for the head of state of the other in all cases bar espionage and acts of war. Article VIII Providing immunity from prosecution for the Ambassador, and any diplomatic staff, of the other in all cases bar espionage and acts of war. Article IX Recognize any titles and honours granted by the head of state and or the government of the other to any citizen of the other and or to any other person. Article X The establishment of a virtual embassy on the national web-presence of the other and the publication of this treaty on the said web presence. Done from the Imperial Hall on the Tenth Day of September of the Year of Our Lord the Two Thousand and Third and of the Second Viking Age the Second.
