TREATY BETWEEN THE VIKING EMPIRE OF STORMARK AND THE KINGDOM OF PENDRONIA
The Treating Parties:
VIKING EMPIRE OF STORMARK
KINGDOM OF PENDRONIA
Article 1.
By this Treaty,the High Contracting Parties establish among themselves diplomatic relations.
Article 2.
1.The Viking Empire of Stormark hereby recognizes the Kingdom of Pendronia as a sovereign,independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes.
2.The Kingdom of Pendronia hereby recognizes the Viking Empire of Stormark as a sovereign,independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes.
Article 3.
1.The Viking Empire of Stormark shall be free to take such measures as it shall deem expedient to maintain dipomatic relations between itself and the Kingdom of Pendronia.
2.Kingdom of Pendronia shall be free to take such measures as it shall deem expedient to maintain diplomatic relations between itself and the Viking Empire of Stormark.
3.The Viking Empire of Stormark hereby affirms that it will not attack of invade the Kingdom of Pendronia,or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same,or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same.
4.Kingdom of Pendronia hereby affirms that it will not attack or invade the Viking Emoire of Stormark,or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same,or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same.
Article 4.
1.In the Kingdom of Pendronia, the websites or any other virtual property which shall together constitute the Embassy of the Viking Empire of Stormark shall be deemed for the purposes of this Article to be part of the territory of the Viking Empire of Stormark and as such shall be treated as being under the sole jurisdiction of the Viking Empire of Stormark.
Article 5.
The Treating Parties agree to recognise all titles of nobility and ranks and offices of each other, if conferred lawfully by the rightful authorities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the above named Plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and have affixed thereto their seals.
