INSTALLING
If all is well press the blue I button, if this works go down to the DONE paragraph or else the following problems may be encountered:
Solutions to psosible problems:

PROBLEM 1:
You may have to alter the macro settings. so click the TOOLS menu then MACRO and SECURITY set this to low then press the blue I button on the toolbar. (Reset back to high once complete )

PROBLEM 2:
If the toolbar doesn't show up then from the view menu select toolbars and click the one called vietchar.

DONE Then to create a new document press the FILE menu and NEW and you will see a icon vietchar, this will open a dicument and show the toolbar so you can select viet characters with the mouse, or prees the ALTZ button to open a window you can then use the arrow keys to select characters and marks.
