The morgengi would be paid upon the consumation of the marriage. Twas a morning after gift given to Fjorda for her being a maiden.
Doom would pay the heiman fylgia. This was her portion of her inheritance. It was kept in safe keeping by her husband. He could not squander nor dispose of it. It was held in trust for her to use in the event of his death.

Tancreds Mundr
The `mundr' will include a farm of one hundred and fifty acres at
the village of Muneville, south of Hauteville. It already includes
twenty milk-producing cows, and a stud bull. In addition it has a
piggery with of twenty-eight pigs, chickens and ducks, which have
an
immediate income.
The fishing fleet based at Brehat will also be at her disposal,
together with its annual catch.
An `arrha' - a downpayment
