| Welcome to VikingWorld Orlando. We are the local lodge of an International Fraternal Benefit Society named The Sons of Norway. This site is dedicated to the activities of VikingWorld Orlando and its members. You can find the link to the Sons of Norway International website and other great cultural and historical websites on our links page. Here in the Orlando area we have monthly meetings, various special events and a replica of a viking boat that we use to participate in Regattas four times a year at sister lodges in the state of Florida. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: We are now featuring Norwegian Language Lessons starting at 4:30 PM before each monthly meeting. Come and join us! | Our 28 foot replica of a Viking ship is shown above. Named Valhalla - it supports a crew of up to 8 and a Coxswain. It is used primarily to compete in rowing and sailing Regattas at various locations in the state of Florida as well as here in Orlando.
