'Villa Peyrine' is set between pine, oak, olive trees, lavender, thyme, rosemary and many varied plants. There is an open fire for the chillly evenings and a swimming pool for the warm Spring and hot Summer days. The accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms and a spacious mezzanine with large double sofa-bed, overlooking the sitting room. American style kitchen with breakfast bar, opening on to spacious salon/dining room and further dining in the 'jardin d'hiver' over looking the front garden. Washing machine is outside next to the studio.

Prices are for the propery per week in euros. Payment may be made in euros or sterling equivalent. 50% of the total price is required on making the booking. The remainder plus a 300 euro refundable security deposit for breakages is required 2 months before arrival. If there is a cancellation, the money will be refunded if another booking is made for exactly the same period. For longer than 2 weeks lets from October - March, discounts are negotiable.
 

 Accommodation
Bedrooms: Three double bedrooms, spacious Mezzanine with double sofa-bed. Wardrobes/hanging closet in all bedrooms, bed linen provided.
Bathrooms: One bathroom (bath, shower, hand basin and toilet) + separate WC in the main house.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cooking utensils (clothes washing machine outside), iron & ironing board.
Living Room: Spacious living / dining table & chairs, 3 large sofas, TV, telephone/internet, joining on to dining area in separate 'jardin d'hiver' overlooking front garden.
 
Amenities/Facilities provided
Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing & board, tv, barbecue, private pool with alarm system, eating facilties under shaded trees, sun lounges and tables, swing for small children and boule area.
