Start with your name, and your siblings, then "both" of your parents names, grandparents,
great grandparents, great great grandparents, great great great grandparents, etc.
We can't help you if you do not include dates & places of birth, marriage and death if known:
(It's needed for varification) and be sure to include spouses maiden names. Include information
about your ancestor's children too, so other VILLENEUVE or AMIOT researchers can find their
connections, and perhaps even connect with you! Many of our members are distant cousins!
Did you know?
There is no known connection between the lineage of Philippe Amiot dit Villeneuve
and that of Mathurin Villeneuve, or of the Lecoup dit Villeneuve or de Villeneuve
lineages. (Unless by marriage in some cases, but that's about all.)
So if someone tells you that all Villeneuve's are related, it isn't true or proven.

concidered (private) and is not posted on our online charts. Your private information will be shared with our
members and genealogists, so they can verify and search for your ancestors in their databases. Only our
members have access to any private information submitted in your introduction, stored on-line in
