Hemos recibido recientemente las noticias que, además de emplear de Paul Bugar, uno de los cuatro policías que asesinaron Tyisha Miller, por los jerifes del condado del San Bernardino, ahora allí es un plan para quitar muchos de ustedes de sus hogares, para robar su agua.
Este plan nos llena de la indignación. Apenas al igual que el caso del Dineh (Navajo) que se está quitando de la Montaña Grande, el poder del dinero está exigiendo que la gente incómoda lleva para beneficiar oportunidades.
Intentaron eso con nuestra gente, y el resultado era la Insurgencia mexicana, de la cual somos una parte.
Esperamos, el motivo de la paz, que sus esfuerzos pacíficos, legales tengan éxito: si se machacan bajo el talón de la represión, sepa ahora que usted está en Aztlan, una parte de México robada ilegal por los Estados Unidos, y ésa como tal, nosotros son ya activo en su medio. Usted debe saber que, primero, buscamos una dispensación política más equitativo de Aztlan que su estatus actual de los E.E.U.U., y que buscamos diálogo directo entre los representantes de los unionistas de los E.E.U.U. y de los nacionalistas mexicanos; en segundo lugar, le miramos como ciudadanos de los E.E.U.U. pero los nacionales mexicanos, sin importar pertenencia étnica, y por lo tanto se sentirían obligados para responder si sus esfuerzos se resuelven con la violencia represiva del gobierno. Respetamos y animamos sus esfuerzos, que miramos como una parte de la mayor lucha para la libertad, la justicia, la democracia, y los derechos humanos en nuestro hogar común, y, para nuestra parte, vigilaremos las actividades de los que pudieron ser ordenadas colocar sus esfuerzos de levantarse. Debemos, para ahora, permanecer en el fondo, pero nunca estamos ausentes lejano: sepa ahora que cualquier esfuerzo de machacarle tendrá que pasar a través de nosotros, y nuestras fuerzas, que son pequeños pero rápidos, están en lista de espera, si ésos de poder son tan absurdos en cuanto a hacen guerra sobre sus esfuerzos pacíficos.

We have recently received news that, in addition to the hiring of Paul Bugar, one of the four policemen who murdered Tyisha Miller, by the San Bernardino County Sheriffs, now there is a plan to remove a great many of you from your homes, in order to steal your water.
This plan fills us with indignation. Just as is the case of the Dineh (Navajo) who are being removed from Big Mountain, the power of money is demanding that the inconvenient people give way to profit opportunities.
They tried that with our people, and the result was the Mexican Insurgency, of which we are a part.
We hope, for the sake of peace, that your peaceful, legal efforts will succeed: should they be crushed under the heel of repression, know now that you are in Aztlan, a part of Mexico illegally stolen by the United States, and that as such, we are already active in your midst. You should know that, first, we seek a more equitable political dispensation of Aztlan than its current US status, and that we seek direct dialogue between US Unionist and Mexican Nationalist representatives; second, we regard you as US citizens but Mexican nationals, regardless of ethnicity, and therefore would feel obligated to respond if your efforts are met with the repressive violence of the government. We respect and encourage your efforts, which we regard as part of the greater struggle for liberty, justice, democracy, and human rights in our common home, and, for our part, will be monitoring the activities of those who might be ordered to put down your efforts to stand up. We must, for now, remain in the background, but are never far away: know now that any effort to crush you will have to go through us, and our forces, which are small but swift, are on stand-by, should those in power be so foolish as to make war upon your peaceful efforts.
