The Clandestine Command "Division of the North" (Villsta National Liberation Front) declares the following:

1) Following the example of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Mexican socialists organise the National Front of Struggle for Socialism.

2) The Villista National Liberation Front agrees with the aim of constructing socialism in Mexico: therefore, the FVLN will henceforth be part of the FNLS.

3) We Villistas intend to forge strong links between all those who are fighting for socialism in Mexico, Venezuela, and elsewhere in the world.

Liberty! Justice! Democracy! Human Rights! Socialism!
