The Milonga of the Shot one.
To the people of Mexico.
To the peoples of the world.
On second of February, 1972, the Teacher Genaro Vázquez Rojas was murdered by the Mexican army, after having remained unconscious and badly injured, as a result of a car accident.
Genaro Vázquez Rojas was a founder of the Civic Association of Guerrero (ACG), in 1962, and of the Civic National Revolutionary Association (ACNR), in 1968.
To understand the historical importance of these two organizations to the struggle for national liberation and the deep social transformation of our country, it is necessary to remember that, during the decade of the 60s, the struggle organized by the ACG against the big bosses and for the democratization of the County Governments of the Costa Chica of Guerrerro, managed to use the electoral processes as an instrument for the dismantling of the power of the bosses and the construction of a popular alternative power. Nevertheless, the electoral fraud and governmental repression gave place to the armed revolutionary raising of ‘ the civic ones ’ (as were named Genaro and his partners IN struggle), originating the transformation of the ACG in ACNR.
Since then more than four decades have passed and, though the country has been an object of big transformations, history seems to repeat itself; only that the dimension of the popular struggle, against the modern big neoliberal bosses and for a real democratization, has acquired a national character.
At present, the country seems to be entering a spiral of social and political events that might end: 1) in a new period of neoliberal imperialistic barbarism; or, 2) in a process of change and transition towards a real democracy.
In this context, we render homage to the teacher Genaro Vázquez Rojas, on the 33rd anniversary of his death, urging the left organizations and the social movement in its ambit that we are capable of combining, in the present national conjuncture, all the forms of struggle, of blocking the way of the neoliberal imperialistic offensive and of stimulating solidly the big democratic transformations that the nation needs.
FOXISMO: A NEOLIBERAL FASCISTOID ADMINISTRATION.
The fourth year of government of mister Vicente Foz (with zee, and not because he is a chief of the Zees, though they don't stop sighing for it) has concluded and already we cannot support the stertorous belly resting on our hands, of so many laughs that the humor of his speeches provokes, or of quakes provoked by the nervousness that the stupid reality produces that one denies to endure as the president imagines, and - says - that "the best is yet to come".
Since 23 years ago, under the aegis of the priísta Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado (alias " Death, Misery and Famine "), began the neoliberal age of the economic policies imposed by the Mexican State in our nation; Carlos Salinas de Gortari (" the unmentionable ") and Ernesto Zedillo Ponce of León (" the globaliser ") - both converted priístas - gave jealous and rigorous continuity of such political - economic alignments; finally, Vicente Foz Quezada (the self-made paladin of the longed-for change), as dog López - portillista, has defended neoliberalism as option of the fat cat chosen for change.
Almost 20 years earlier, the priísta Gustavo Díaz Ordaz (" Odd job ") formed one of the "styles" of doing politics that has crossed, since then, the ways of administering neofascist and militarized repression towards any expression of dissent in thought, word or practical action; Luis Echeverría Álvarez (he didn't get an alias, he was so miserable), José López Portillo (alias Fucked The Poor), and the hordes that happened to support the "style" of doing politics evinced by " odd job ".
Vicente Foz Quezada, "General" Macedo de la Concha, "General" Vega García, the "friend" Ramón Martín Huerta and the sleepwalker Catalino Creel Miranda administer and crown, with the same canine zeal López - portillista, the neofascist "style" of doing politics inaugurated by " The Odd job ", continued by the wretch, prolonged for " Fucked the Poor ", " Death, Misery and Famine ", The unmentionable one " and for " the globaliser ".
No doubt a conductive cable - braided by two threads: neoliberalism and fascism again brands the neoliberal fascist politics arranged by the Mexican State and the governments - they are by nature priísta or panista - had from the decade of the 60s until our day.
It seemed that our economic - political dead enjoy excellent health and ride smug on a horse, or on others, but with the same gase on the same horizon: The Fascist Neoliberalism included by the Born Chief of American Imperialism and arranged by the prominent members of the axis of the evil, and his Allied Forces.
The different governments, since then, and of whatever partisan affiliation of which they it have been-PRI-PAN-, they have showed an eloquent interest to subordinate, in an unconditional way, our nation to the dictations of the Neoliberal Fascist Imperialism.
Despite being quite obvious, in light of the latest events in the maximum security jails of the country and the struggle without barracks between the different groups that dispute the power and the benefits of drug trafficking - some in the maximum security jails and others in the ranks of the government-, it is not the only thing that happens in our motherland from the decade of the 60s; also we can recognize another conductive cable that continues a force that historically certain sectors of our people have stimulated to put up against the " Model of Development of Underdevelopment " another Model of Development who answers to the needs and interests of our people.
From that historic September 23, 1965, happening for the contributions of the diverse revolutionary and democratic organizations, considering all the ways of organization and of struggle stimulated by our people, the intention of constructing another world has been clear.
Already 33 years have passed, how can we not remember, if the conductive cable of thought by the teachers' hands-Arturo Gámiz, Genaro Vázquez Rojas and Lucio Cabañas Barrientos - has taken in one of its ends the sleep of a million Mexicans: " To achieve the Liberation of Mexico and a New Motherland, or To die for Her ".
Already 33 years have passed, how can we forget, teacher and leader revolutionary Genaro Vázquez Rojas was murdered by the hordes, heirs of " The Odd job ".
33 years ago, second of February of the year 1972, the life of the teacher Genaro Vázquez Rojas was travelling via tumescent and bloody meat to immortality.
Today, today, today; 33 years later, the fascism decreed by " Odd job " rides again with airs of youth and our people remember and admit that the revolutionary teacher and leader Genaro Vázquez Rojas did not remove with him the cable that now other hands support and that aims their gazes towards another place: " To achieve the Liberation of Mexico and a New Motherland, or To die for Her ".
Two cables seem to clash in the conduct of our Mexico; some of them suppose that the only one is the cable and refuse to admit the irrefutable fact that there are two; the cable of the rich ones, of those of above, and the thread of the poor, of those of below. The thread of the Fascist Neoliberalism and the thread of the Popular Power.
FASCISM RIDES AGAIN. The generals decided to remove oneself the masks and to show the face that was hiding itself to the eyes of the citizens. The generals chose to judicialize and to militarize the political struggle and for the economic power. The generals believed that the real definition of the State is that which counts as the hegemonic detainer of violence and institutional terrorism as means of coercion for the whole population. what resemblance between the vision of Georges W. Bush (Jr) and that of Vicente Foz!!!
The generals and the civilians - who think same as the generals-, have considered that the way of facing the crisis that they confront with sectors that dispute the political - economic power, it asks from more jails, more patrols, more soldiers, more afis, more pfp's, more ak's, more judicial systems that justify the exercise of institutional terrorism and of the State against whomever is opposed to its plans.
If it is a question of a minor crime, the jails; if it is a question of political opponents, the jails; if it is a question of the drug trafficking, the jails; if it is a question of revolutionary leaders, the jails; if it is a question of university students, the jails; if it is a question of governments of the opposition, the jails; if it is necessary to find three cellulars, three loaders and two staples of cocaine in the maximum security jails, the army (who certainly finds dangerous weapons, not as that of the Neoliberal Fascist Imperialism who in Iraq did not find any weapon); if it is a question of finishing off drugs, the army; if it is necessary to stop revolutionary militants to put them in the jails, and of a good time to murder them leaving a blood puddle, the army; if it is necessary to clear up, honesty and decoration in the jails, the army; if it is a question of putting reserves in the highway preventing free transit in Mexico, the army.. .. In end, since we can recognize without too much intellectual effort, the idea of national stability, of national safety, personal certainty, beautification of the cities, insurance of the conditions of a believable and reliable country - to the helpful eyes of the Neoliberal Fascist Imperialism, from the Axis of Evil and from his Allied Forces or pals-, etc., he rests on the assumption of a judicial, juridical, penitentiary, police and military system capable of intimidating, restraining, controlling, suppressing and, ultimately, murdering to whomever oppose, confronts or questions them.
If it is not like that we see sample buttons: First. - Digna Ochoa and Placido and Noel Pável González, our dead, it turns out that they it are not for work and grace of the forces that administer the physical elimination of their opponents, but for work and grace of a damned depression that they had for ages and that took them to the point of suicide, post-mortem diagnosis and not in the moment of the diagnosis in life of the above-mentioned depression; maybe " The Package " - not " The Skinny " - gave them the information; though it must be said here, there were sufficient motives for being murdered by fascism that distinguishes the government of change, though there was evidence of death threats . Second. - The imprisonment, torture and isolation - for which they have been entrapped, associated with the drug-traffickers from inside the jails and, immediately, recognized as revolutionary high leaders of the ERPI - as Commander Antonio and Colonel Aurora. Third. - Equally, the brothers Cerezo - young university students against whom has not been found or demonstrated any crime, but accused of pertaining of the FARP - they are tortured, imprisoned, isolated and associated with the drug-traffickers inside the jails. Fourth. - The unpunished murders of more than 300 women in Juárez City, which remain as statistical information of the insecurity of life in Mexico. Fifth. - The imprisonment, torture and illegal deprivation of freedom of the citizens who in the city of Guadalajara demonstrated against the most conspicuous representatives of Fascist Imperialism Neoliberal. Sixth. - The unrestricted defense of the impunity of the governors of Jalisco, Querétaro and Morelos, for being of panista affiliation, despite being perfect delinquents and recognized as such by the population of three states. Seventh. - The judicialization of the struggle against their political opponents, for supporting the political economic power in their hands and prolonging the model of development that today reigns in the country. Eighth. - The militarization or paramilitarization of national life, under the pretext of assuring peace (with equity) socially and national stability... We could continue an interminable sample of facts and facts and facts that demonstrate the justice of our balance, but we believe it unnecessary to continue this litany. This information seems to be sufficient to demonstrate that FASCISM RIDES AGAIN.
And if again it rides mounted on the steeds that the ill-mannered persons' hands support - Vicente Foz y Catalino Creel, helped opportunely by " the friend ", the "Generals" and Yunes-, they try to wrap each other, as Riders without Heads - literally and metaphorically above mentioned - with the cloak of a suprarationality and metaphysical existence of justice and truth in the hands of an inappealable Right, of a irreproachable, chaste and immaculate Judicial Power; of an Army of service of the Motherland and cleansed historically of any doubt; and, it was absent more, of a metaphysical idealism and ahistoricality of a State and Right with a life of their own...!!! Go, go; good Hegel!!!!!! But in hands of a blind, awkward and ultraright ignoramus who says to govern the country, but who falls apart at that point, inevitably!!!
As we can see, FASCISM RIDES AGAIN. For what we have affirmed and supported - we affirm it and we support it-, now more than ever, at the distance of 33 years, the thought and the vision that of Mexico the Teacher great revolutionary leader Genaro Vázquez Rojas had continues being more current than ever:
" To achieve the Liberation of Mexico and a New Motherland, or To die for Her ".
