Layered Picots Scrunchie
 
Materials Required

Small amount of fingering weight yarn

Crochet hook size C

Elastic pony tail holder

Note : I used Red Heart pompadour fingering weight yarn and
the smallest possible elastic holder.


Instructions:



Round 1: Join yarn with single crochet to the elastic holder and single
crochet around the pony tail holder. Join with slip stitch to the first
single crochet. Make sure you have an even number of stitches.


Round 2: * chain 6 , slip stitch in the 3 rd chain from the hook,chain 3
skip next stitch , single crochet in the next stitch. Repeat from * around.
Join with slip stitch to the first chain.


Round 3: *chain 7 ,slip stitch in the 3rd chain from the hook,
chain 4,single crochet in the single crochet of the previous round. 
Repeat from * around and join with slip stitch to the first chain. 
Fasten off and weave in the ends.

Materials required:


Size 10 thread small amounts of cream or yellow and green.


Crochet hook size 9



Instructions :



Row 1 : Chain 4, double crochet in fourth chain from hook,
chain 2 2 double crochet in the same chain. chain 3 turn.


Row 2: Double crochet in same stitch as the beg chain 3,
chain 2 , 2 double crochet in the same stitch, 5 double 
crochet in the chain 2 space of row 1, 
(2 double crochet,chain 2 ,2 double crochet) in 
the last double crochet. chain 1 turn.


Row 3: slip stitch in the first 2 double crochets 
and in the chain 2 space. Chain 3 , 
(double crochet , chain 2 , 2 double crochet ) 
all in the same chain 2 space.(Beg shell made). 
chain 2, single crochet in each of the next 5 double crochets, 
chain 2 , (2 double crochet, chain 2,2 double crochet)
{end shell made} in the last chain 2 space. Chain 1 turn.


Row 4 : Slip stitch in the 2 double crochets and in the chain 2 space,
chain 3 ,beg shell in the first chain 2 space,chain 3, single crochet 
in the next stitch, *chain 1,single crochet in the next stitch *,
repeat from *..* 3 more times, chain 3 , end shell in the last 
chain 2 space.


Row 5: Slip stitch in the 2 double crochets and in the chain 2 space,
chain 3 ,beg shell in the first chain 2 space,chain 3,skip the first 
chainh 3 space, single crochet in the chain 1 space, * chain 3, 
single crochet in the next chain 3 space,repeat from * 2 more times. 
chain 3, end shell in the last chain 2 space. chain 1 turn.


Row 6: Slip stitch in the 2 double crochets and in the chain 2 space,
chain 3 ,beg shell in the first chain 2 space,chain 3, skip the first 
chain 3 space,single crochet in the next chain 3 space, * chain 3, 
single crochet in the next chain 3 space,repeat from * one more time,
chain 3, end shell in the last chain 2 space. chain 1 turn.



Row 7: Slip stitch in the 2 double crochets and in the chain 2 space,
chain 3 ,beg shell in the first chain 2 space,chain 3, 
skip the first chain 3 space, single crochet in the next chain 3 space
chain 3, single crochet in the next chain 3 space ,chain 3, 
end shell in the last chain 2 space. chain 1 turn.


Row 8: Slip stitch in the 2 double crochets and in the chain 2 space,
chain 3 ,beg shell in the first chain 2 space,chain 3, skip the first 
chain 3 space, single crochet in the next chain 3 space ,chain 3, 
end shell in the last chain 2 space. chain 1 turn.


Row 9: Slip stitch in the 2 double crochets and in the chain 2 space,
chain 3 ,beg shell in the first chain 2 space,end shell in the last 
chain 2 space. fasten off . Weave in the end.


Leaf part: Join green with slip stitch in between the shells of row 9.
*Chain 12,slip stitch in the same place, repeat from * 3 more times.


fasten off and weave in the ends.


For tassle measure the length you like and hook it in the base of the
pineapple and pull the free ends through the loop. 
Tighten and trim the ends evenly.
