<Methos>::Jumps up annoyed at what he now
knows to be Duncan's buzz and swings the door open to glare at the man:: It is
7am Duncan. Someone had better have died, or you will spend the rest of the day
recovering from what I may do. ::narrows eyes::
<Duncan>Methos, I
need your help. I don't have any friends I can ask about.. ::flushes and looks
at his feet biting his bottom lip::
<Methos>::watches the highlander blush?::
Okay Duncan, come in. Coffee? ::walks into the kitchen and starts a pot of
coffee, unconcerned about only wearing boxers::
<Duncan>::moves
inside to take a stool across the kitchen Island and watch Methos make
coffee.:: Coffee sounds good.
<Methos>::stands and looks Mac over once
more:: What's the trouble? It doesn't look life or death. So what can't you
talk to Joe about?
<Duncan>I don't think Joe can help me with this. ::blushes again:: I think, maybe, I mean, You're over 5000 right? ::brown eyes met his hazel ones earnestly:: You have probably tried everything?
<Methos>::eyes narrow again as he senses a
trap about to spring:: Once or twice. Mac I have not had coffee, and I really
can't read minds, contrary to popular thought. So spit it out.
<Duncan>::watches as Methos gets two mugs and sets them down in front of them:: I was wondering. ::looks over to the coffee pot like it will speak for him:: about sex ::said softly while he blushes furiously::
<Methos>::laughs and pours two cups of
coffee:: Mac, What do you need to know about sex? For gods sake, Mr. Don Juan,
From your chronicles, I could take some lessons.
<Duncan>::sighs, why does he have to make everything so difficult.:: Not with women. ::adding sugar to the coffee to keep from having to look at his face::
<Methos>::blinks twice and starts to speak
but can't. Is he teasing? Taunting him?:: What is it you want to know Mac? I
mean I can rent you a movie, or I am sure I have ::moves over to the
bookshelves and scans the titles:: Books about...
<Duncan>::watching Methos move around, I can already sense he is just a moment away from pacing:: I think I know well enough the mechanics. I just need advice.
<Methos>::stops, takes a deep breath and looks
at Duncan. Methos expected to see teasing, or even cruelty but found only open
honest and slightly embarrassed eyes shining back at him:: Advice about what?
<Duncan>I have been
having these thoughts about this man ::looks down and fidgets with the end of
his jogging shorts:: But I do not know if he is interested or even...
<Methos>Your daft, of course he is. ::said
matter of factly as he heads back over to his coffee cup::
<Duncan>What makes
you so sure, he may not.. ::watches Methos' long finger stir the coffee around
in the cup:: Isn't that hot? ::pales a bit as methos moves the finger to his
lips to lick of the liquid::
<Methos>(Is that payback for me forcing your
movements?)
<Duncan>(yes sir!)
<Methos>(I like it)
<Methos>::licks finger clean then looks up at
Duncan:: If he is so oriented Duncan, believe me you have his attention. No
doubt about it. ::smiles and nods like the subject is closed and moves to the
sofa with his cup::
<Duncan>Not always the case, I mean you have had experiences with men, and you don't find me attractive. ::moves to sit next to him on the sofa::
<Methos>::chokes on his coffee and sits up
trying to remember how to breathe, even as a huge hand pats his back. he is
suddenly feeling a bit underdressed as the fingers seem to brand him:: I should
get dressed. I will be right back. ::quickly makes his way to the bedroom area
of the open loft to pull on a pair of jeans and a sweater.::
<Duncan>::drops head and grins, this was really too much fun. Amanda had told him Methos had a crush on him. The plan formed in the middle of the night to see if she was right. He never expected the cunning old man to be this easy:: I mean you see my point right? He could be like you and not interested at all.
<Methos>::snatching the sweater down he tries
to make his face neutral:: I am sure, no one is immune to the MacLeod charm
when it is directed at them. Luckily for me. ::snickers:: I get the MacLeod
annoyance factor directed at me and not the charm.
<Duncan>::grins:: And lucky for me that I get the Methos sarcasm factor directed me. God forbid you actually say what you mean instead of dancing around the truth for a change.
<Methos>::blinks and then grins:: The truth?
You want the truth? ::stalking Mac like a jungle cat as he moves forward:: The
truth is *NO* one is immune, not even me. and you're a lucky lad that I have
over 5000 years of self control working in my favor, or I would have already
embarrassed us both.
<Duncan>::is thinking maybe this
game wasn't such a good idea. he never expected Methos to admit it so readily.
But all Methos has admitted to really, was, an attraction, lust. Duncan had
hoped for so much more than that:: Are you going to try to embarrass us now
Methos? ::watching as he stops just inches from him:: Have you lost control?
<Methos>::studies Mac for a few long minutes
before shaking his head negatively:: No, I have not lost control. ::laughs
softly:: So who is the lucky guy? Anyone I know? ::moves to the kitchen area
and opens the icebox looking around::
