National Institue of Technology - My lovely college, perhaps a lil too interesting, if you would get time to use the digital library facility its providing.

 About TAC
Thomas Abraham CThomas Abraham C, is currently a Mechanical engineering student at National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He is, perhaps a little too inclined towards the concept that, "not all things in the world can be wrote about, the rest can be translated into paper.".

Thomas got personified, as the first child of Dr.C.T.Abraham and Dr.Maicykutty.P.Mathew on Oct 11 1983. Later he got a new company. His brother Anand Abraham C, on Sept 26,1986.

Life had been thrilling, exciting and flavoured with flamboyant attractivenes until his Fourth birthday. After that he had to shift his habitat from Trichur to Pusa Institute,Inderpuri, New Delhi, to join his Mom there, who had been doing her PhD work. A little hindi life, with lots of Punjabi friends enthralled him for three years. Once Mom's PhD work was over, the family came back to Kerala, this time to a new place in Idukki district. The change was appalling. From the angst of Urban life to "Cardomom Research Station" in the splendid tropical rainforest region. His pal list were now appended differenly. When earlier it was humanoid characters; now it became sweet little birdies, and ever active squirrels, hares and unknown wild tones. Somehow, his scripts were characterised with apparent changes. Just two years in the lonely wilderness, and then he was back at Trichur.

That was when he joined Don Bosco High School,Mannuthy,Trichur in Sixth std. Ever since school life had been restricted inside the campus of this Salesian-managed school. To be honest in the narration, the development of Thomas, is greatly attributed to the serene atmosphere of this school.( Even if the atmosphere, had been working negatively in few significantly important aspects, altogether, that was a haven of splendid growth.)

College life at Trichur, in those days, to be frank, was a big hell.Practically nothing could be quoted as an evidence of any college activity, other than the series of strikes, very notorious indeed, and the very rare cultural events(which would finally land up in a big fighting scenario). He joined the Ist group there, taking Mathematics as his main subject ( though forestry, had been his favourite subject; life is like that... unpredictable) and started exploring the wonderfull niche carved out by the subject. The days were long, with Tuition classes early morning itself, with almost a couple of thousand students together under a single roof.( interesting events here would be sited later, don't miss it :))

Few months passed; few tiring processes; he could find, he is now at Regional Engineering college ( Which was later named "National Institute of Technology") pursuing his studies under the Mechanical Engineering Branch. The first year just elapsed with full time masti, which was the characteristic of REC. Lots of new words were added to the vocab bank, "funda", "utter","Attrocious", etc were quite frequently found to be used by the people there. Even the whole life style was new to him, but they were really enjoyable. Three other roommates -Sagil James(kerala), V.Muthukumar(Tamil Nadu), Girish M (Karnataka) and neighbours, Nidhin Mathew George, Ajith A.B, etc made the whole living sphere the most colourfull one.

It was during the second year in college, when the real thrill of fine arts came into being. Events like, Theaterical play, Shakesperean style writing styles were all practised during this time. Well indeed that was of great use. During the middle of the second year classes, along with 65 of his other fellow mates, he went to IIT,Madras for SAARANG 03, perhaps the bigges cultural event he attended .He was lucky there also to be the winner of English Essay writing, a sheer luck, but a lot to his team, as it provided points for its smooth sailing in the score chart.

Days were thrilling, with reveries of great Moments at IIT ( though his wish to be at Jeppiar Nagar couldn't be satisfied even though he was there for four days at Madras), after that. But academically the semester proved to be a bit too much utter for almost all Mech guys. Coz they were too much intereted in extra curricular events that somehow they missed to add a charm for academics.

Now, with the advent of Third year, situations seem to change; great dreams, magnificient aspirations and lots of exciting concepts about career. Wait and see, what the wonderfull life is going to unveil.................
