GREAT ROCK SAXOPHONISTS JOIN HORNS OF DILEMMA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the October 7th issue I said, "Chat more, read more, share more Violent Femmes! Sign up and log on to the NEW MESSAGE FORUMS on the official website! There had better be more than 18 registered users the next time AM comes out!"

Thanks for responding to the challenge! There are now 109 registered users who've posted 409 articles.  The band and crew are contributing fun stuff to the Forums too so be sure to check it out if you haven't already. http://www.vfemmes.com/vfforums/index.php

The Femmes' horn section, the world famous Horns of Dilemma, has been/will be graced by the presence of two of the greatest living rock saxmen.

In Arcadia Oct. 15 and Phoenix Oct. 16 they were joined by Steve MacKay, saxophonist for Iggy Pop and the Stooges. Steve's most famous work is on the Stooges "Funhouse" album.

In Santiago, Spain Dec. 2, London, England Dec. 3 and Dec.5 Camber Sands, England (All Tomorrows Parties) they will be joined by Dick Parry. Dick is famous for his work on Pink Floyd's albums and tours. He is the sax on "Dark Side of the Moon" and "Wish You Were Here" among others.

Do not miss the opportunity to hear the Femmes collaborate with these sax monsters!!!!!!
