Epigrams
The ripple made from a rock in the sea
Parallels the attitude inside you and me,
Like the ripple can make or destroy a wave
So too can the attitude take life or save.

Summer love like the winter snowflakes,
No sooner appeared than by the sun baked.

As the gentle river empties in the roaring ocean
Little thoughts can turn grand when set into motion.

A porch that’s closed and bears no light
Receives no visitors day or night,
But one that’s lit with the door flung wide
Entertains many guests on the inside.

Friendship, like a beacon amidst a stormy sea,
All people gravitate to room with thee,
But when the sea is calm and the sun shines
Boarders leave, no longer to be thine.

The later in life that love is sprung
The purer it blooms and remains young.

In the spring when the flowers bloom
we are young and grow,
and in the summer with the hot sun
our passionate emotions flow.
In the autumn when the leaves fall
our bodies begin to slow,
and in the winter when the ice melts
we disappear with the snow.
