the shadows begin to break apart,
the tunnel slowly disappears
taking with it all my fears.
A hand reaches out in search of mine
and our two souls gradually combine
until we fly together as one
towards the newly risen sun.
No longer will I feel any strife
for he has given me new life.
And as we rise to the heavens above
I realize he saved me with his love.
