Serenity Prayer

Dear God,
Grant me the serenity
to accept the death of my mom.
Hold my hand through this time
and help me carry on.
Let me see her loving smile
on the faces of those she knew
And hear her joyful laughter
floating down from heaven too.
Let me always remember her face
And the look of love in her eyes.
And let me feel her gentle touch
When the wind passes through the skies.
