Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow is the third installment in the GBA series and by far the best yet. Stunning Graphics and addictive gameplay that will have you glued to the screen til' you beat the game 100%. Anyone who has ever played Castlevania: Symphony of the Night will instantly realize the game play mechanics, for this game is very similar to SOTN. For example instead of whips Soma busts out the sword collection just like Alucard (Who is also in this game but is known as Arikado). Also, this game has a very surprising ending that is unlike any other Castlevania game. Highlight the empty space find out the Spoiler: Soma your main character IS Dracula! The Final Boss is the Evil within Soma's Body! Trippin' Eh? Anyway, This game takes place in the year 2099, but it seriously is impossible to realise that in Drac's ole timey castle. The only benefits from the 2099 are a twisted plot line, two handguns, and a kickass Photon Rifle :-).
The only problem with this game is that its so addicting, it'll be over before you know it! |
