| I started in theater when I was fairly young, pulling flies for a ballet company in central Virginia. I had no extraordinary talent for technical theater or ballet but my interest in performance was piqued. So I kept up with what techie talent I did have and began to explore acting. I studied theater in high school and college and developed an intense interest in Shakespeare. I ended up getting a BA in theater performance and would like to attempt an MFA at some point. But right now I am enjoying working and learning through the talent and experience of my directors and fellow actors. I am originaly from Birmingham, AL but grew up moving all over the east coast. Consequently I don't mind moving where I can find work. I've actually come to enjoy it and the new experiences and faces it offers. I also enjoy music and can play a mean radio. I like to wear skirts. I eat an inordinate amount of sour gummy worms. I use 'groovy' in conversation. I'm a decent rummy player. I cannot dive and I know all four verses of 'America the Beautiful'. |
