2) All Charges for services will be clearly discussed before the start of the project. The Client will be provided with a detailed estimate for service detailing work to be performed and charges for the project to be completed. Upon completion the Client will receive a detailed time sheet with invoice detailing time involved, and work completed.
3) Charges for projects totaling $20.00 or less will be due upon receipt of completed project. For Projects totaling over $20.00 a 10% deposit will be required in advance, with the project total due upon receipt of final invoice. Special Arrangements can be discussed for large or ongoing projects.
4)Payment will be made with Cash, Check or Money order and you will be provided with a receipt of payment. There will be a $28.00 Charge for returned Checks.
5) Unpaid invoices over 30 days old will be subject to a late charge of $10 per month until the invoice is paid in full.
6)All quotes are provided to you based upon the information provided to us. Final Invoicing is based upon actual work completed.
7) Procuct will be delivered via Email, Fax, Diskette Or Mail(postal service, Fedex or UPS)Mail Delivery will be billed to client at cost.
