Hackamore - See: Bitless Bridle.

Hackney - A breed of horse, bred for showing and carriage driving. They are known for their high leg action and choppy short strides.

Hay - Rouphage fed as a substitute to grass. Fed to stabled horses to prevent them from becoming bored and to keep the digestive system working.

Haynet
- A net woven with string or twine to hold hay for the horse to eat. Tued to a tie ring on the wall of the stable.

Hoof
- The hard horn that forms a wall around the horses feet.
