Dining & Our Table
We met an absolutely incredible group of people at our main table.  Actually, we were "adopted" by Tom Deitz and his wife Cathy because Mimi and I were all alone at another table (RCI doesn't do a particularly great job of planning dinner seating).

We had probably the best "chemistry" of any table on the ship, and people would come up to us and say how envious they were of how much fun we were having.  We owed alot of it to Richard (bottom right), whose wit rivaled some of the onboard professional comedians.
Things weren't so "well organized" after we finished eating.  RCI generously allows unlimited appetizers and entrees, and whenever our incredible head waiter Amit sensed any indecision in our ordering, he would simply bring both dishes.

Everyone is "recovering" from another wonderful dinner aboard Vision of the Seas!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Amit was.  He was not happy until we were 100% satisfied with everything.  I hope I have the pleasure of meeting him again one day.  He was the only waiter to receive a standing ovation from both his tables at the end of the cruise.

And BTW, anyone who says that the cuisine aboard RCI is mediocre has obviously not been aboard Vision.  Awesome food.
