Party Time
RCI really demonstrated their total commitment to customer service and making sure everyone left the ship happy when they catered a little cocktail party for our table mates and other friends we made on board.

They really went out of their way to make up for the severe noise problems in our cabin.  I honestly did not expect them to do this.  I was originally planning on asking that they refund my cabin upgrade, but when Jeffrey (guest services maanager) went out of his way like this I decided not to pursue it.

I believe this attitude is more important than having the newest ship with all the frills - great service can really make or break a cruising experience.

This was a great way to spend the last evening on board.  It was certainly a magical week and everyone felt lucky to have met such a great group of people
