Soft words with a hint of a Scottish bur drifts through the forest’s meadow to be greeted by your ears. Wishing to fine the source of that haunting voice draws you closer. There sitting upon the grass in the middle of the meadow, she sits there. Attuned to the earth around her, she allows her song to draw to it’s end. Undeniable noble features tilt up to welcome the sun’s rays. Sooty lashes fan against her porcelain cheeks. Her rose colored tiers pulls up in a serene way before her senses detects you spying on her. Her lids slowly raises to allow you a glimpse of her eyes, the deepest sapphire blue possible. Left hand moves up to wipe a ebony strand back behind one small ear. The sun glints off of the wedding band on her ring finger. Elegance and grace seem to radiate from her along with an ancient wisdom and patience. A simple gown hugs her generous frame. Strapped to her side is a golden dagger with Celtic knots and oghams etched into the golden metal’s dull edge of the curvey blade. Such a blade tells you of where she is from. She sits there patiently awaiting her visitor to come to here with a welcome smile |
On a night of a full moon, Lady Zion Blythe Lorgana graced the Earth. The illegitmate child of the noble Lady Morgana le Fey and a wandering druidic bard Rhiwod Lorgana. Regretfully forced to give up her only child in the hands of penniless nobles (Lord Selyfan & Lady Dareca Leicestier) to keep the girl from the stain of bastardy. The process of it tore at the noble woman’s heart. To make amends of abandoning her only daughter, Morgana left the very castle St. Andreas, the castle that Zion was born in, and the surrounding land. Besides the glorious castle and the rich farm land, Morgana also left Zion a very generous bank account. Money left by Morgana’s late husband le Fay. She also hired a nanny to take care and to teach her daughter her druidic heritage. The woman she chose was the very one who helped bring Zion into the world, the healer Rianne. Rainne accepted the offer of rearing the child. The druidic woman also agreed to give the dagger that Rhiwod left Morgana as a rememberance of him and their two night love affair. With one final kiss to the infant’s brow, Morgana finally relented her daughter to the heartless nobles. Over the years Morgana came to visit the young Zion, never telling the girl that she was in fact Zion’s birth mother. Rianne taught not only her and Rhiwod’s druidic ways but also the healing arts along with control of the power that churned in the young girl’s blood. When Zion turned twelve the visits of Morgana came to a halt for the the noble woman grew deathly ill. No more was ever heard of here. Upon Zion’s fifteenth year, she met a man within the small village near her castle. Ignoring Rianne’s urging to forget the handsome peasant man named Garidor, the teenage girl continued to see the man. Garidor’s aura rankled Rianne’s sense for she could tell that he held no true affection towards Zion only greed. The foolish love sick girl allowed Garidor to have his way with her thus impregnanting her. Keeping her condition secret from her nanny and her foster parents till she could no longer keep it secret. With the future that she and Garidor came up with in her mind’s eye, Zion approaches her adoptive parents. Instead of the consent of marriage as she hoped, the lord and lady flatly disowns her publicly. This was what the lord and lady wanted all along to wrench Zion’s dowry from her hand. Now disgraced and disowned, the girl went to her lover. Upon hearing that Zion was disowned and no longer rich, Garidor flew into a rage. All his schemes of better life than a dirty farmer now dashed, he began to beat viciously on Zion causing her to miscarry the child she carried. Covered in her own blood and the blood of her unborn child, she makes one final stand to save her life. Crimson hands clench upon the nearest weapon, a short sword, and plunges it deep within Garidor’s chest when he advances to deal the killing blow to Zion. Bad fortune continued to follow her that fateful day. Walking around in a shocked dazed, drenched in blood with bright bruises lining her pale complection. Gairdor’s buddy’s search her out shortly after finding their friend. The five men mindless of her recent miscarry and her current condition, they viciously rape her. Each having their turn with the distraught woman. When Zion came too, she found all five men dead at her feet. To this day she knows about being raped by the one man but the others ellude her mind, and she doesn’t know how they died as well. Rianne was never seen again to her. Upon her wanderings she befriends a shifter whom saved her life by the name of Kiirri and Kiirri’s lover Kheldin. She also befriends Lindsay, Wil and a man named Mandorellen. Through Kiirri, Zion met Larson. He managed to break through the shields that she placed up around her heart. Managing to earn her trust only to be crushed by him later on. Learning that she carried his child, she was told of him loving another. Soon after she received a letter from him confirming what she heard. Soon after, she took the elf maiden ,Adeeanna, that was living with her on a journey away. Not wishing to see anyone or be around anyone. There she found her father and his people whom embraced her whole heartedly. Rhiwod instantly recognized his own offspring. At first he believed her to be Morgana but Zion’s eyes told him other wise. She also found Rianne there much to her surprise. Within that village was where Keely was born much to Zion’s dispair. Keely’s time in Zion’s womb was a strange one. For one, Zion only carried Keely for three months, yet it didn’t affect the young infant any. She was born seven pounds. (This lead Larson to believe that Keely was not his child). Finally Zion determined that it was time to go back to her home with her daughter and friend. She lives her life as a healer both with the knowledge of herbs and her arcane abilities. She is very peaceful and caring woman who would never turn away anyone and asks for no payment in return. Upon the arrival of her daughter from the future, all has been forgiven with Larson. The truths and lies of what kept them separate during Keely’s months were laid to rest. She is currently wed to Larson, but her marriage may be in shambles of a mistake that Zion made. Feeling lonely from the long time her husband was away, she had a lover affair with a were-creature named Valerian. Little does she knows that it had dire circumstances. She has since that night been plaqued by dreams of two other kids, twins one boy named Taranaich (Taran) and one girl named Keiva, along with her daughter Keely. The dream itself is trying to prepare the druidess that she indeed conceive in that affair she had with Valerian, but she is currently ignoring it or just plainly don't understand it's meaning. She does not yet know of her pregnancy for she received a letter from a friend of Larson telling of his death. So taken with grief of her actions she is currently staying in Ellyon woods with Adeeanna once more. Now that she had found out that Larson had died by the demons he took to much pains to save Keely from as with himself. Still wracked with guilt more from the news, she felt unjust to still keep his name. She took back her maiden name so that her actions will no longer reflect on his name Almasy. |
