M A N I F E S T O
					In this age of technology, scientific advancement, more, better, faster, it must grieve the heart of God to see the prosperity He has allowed this great Nation, constantly and savagely misused and perverted. The gap between those who have, and those who have not, is getting broader day by day.  Families are deteriorating at alarmingly rapid rates.  Parents are being replaced by unhealthy or unrealistic role models.  Children are raising themselves, other brothers and sisters, or their own children, and having to worry about matters that should not be their concern; such as having enough food, clothing, and shelter.   Sympathy has been replaced with apathy.  People are unwilling or afraid to lend a helping hand because they don't know who to trust or why they should.
	The sign of hard times has also crept into and become well established in many of the houses of worship.  There are a staggering number of families, who darken the doorstep of churches on a regular basis that are going without reasonable creature comforts.  Many smaller churches find themselves so overwhelmed with these matters, they don't have the material, manpower, or financial resources to properly manage and provide needed support.  In turn, this contributes to the declining values and degraded morals of many 'believers' and ultimately leads to an inaccurate belief in the ability of God. Visions Christian Outreach Ministries, Inc. desires to lend the 'helping hand' to those ministries, churches, organizations and individuals who are 'getting it done' on the other side of the spotlight.   Our desire is to see that these small, under recognized, meagerly supported,  hardworking givers and providers get the support and assistance so desparately needed to keep their doors open and their programs operating.  Our strong belief and trust in the word of God, as it is written in the Holy Bible, has commissioined our call to outreach.  Our goal is to demonstrate the love of God, not just in words but, by meeting needs. It is a fact that people who are homeless, hungry, and hopeless have a hard time hearing the love of God over their immediate needs.  People, who are abused, rejected, and neglected, can't image a God of love, so they don't hear His word over what they live on a day to day basis.  It is our mission to reach those who have been deemed 'unreachable', to care for those who exhibit 'carelessness', to unconditionally love those who believe themselves to be 'unlovable.'  Being as real as possible in our approach, we realize that we must meet people at the point of their immediate need, satisfy, as much as possible, that immediate need, then endeavor to help them transition to knowing the God who loves them.  This is the ultimate goal.     _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Our task will not be an easy one but, we are geared up to take on this challenge.  As we trust in the God of our purpose, hope for His infinite ability and patiently await His direction, we look at the facts of this great matter as irrelevant for we know with God, all things are possible.  God helps people through people.  Our endeavor is to be the 'people' who help.   This struggle is ours together.  One by one, we hope to be instrumental in returning a nation of believers back to their God. ay His mercies be upon us all!
