GeoLoco ResistanceŠ is a movement to combat psychological warfare.
Geopolitical Psychopathology defined herin as the deliberate psychological destabilization of third world working class populations for the sake of control. This practice, imposed through cultural imperialism and appropriation, is best observed in border areas as in Tijuana, Nogales, Los Angeles or Berlin. The phenomena is a process of psychological warfare waged upon conquered and involuntary populations such as the Mexicans of the southwest, Native Americans and Blacks. It is the gutting of identity and the replacement of authentic self with emptiness, anomie, self-hatred, and a borderline existence.
GeoLoco ResistanceŠ is a form of fighting back against the propaganda machine through acts of psychological terror designed to produce cognitive disonance, insecurity, paranoia and the sabotage of cultural hegemony. GeoLoco ResistanceŠ replaces EthnoSchmoozeŽ as that method, designed to seduce members of the dominant culture, was ineffectual and resulted in the birth of Taco Bells, the Lambada, Charo, and the serving of cheese-food nachos at the Superbowl.
GeoLoco ResistanceŠ is conducted by individuals or small groups who rigorously assess the target area and devise attacks and disruptions that are simple, direct. and efficient. For example the wearing of black by five groups of six individuals who, walking closely together and at times in step, tour Disneyland on Easter Sunday.
GeoLoco ResistanceŠ and the Mexican Flag Revolt. Since Mexicans are defiled and abhorred in Gringolandia it was obvious that a simple device, such as a 3x4 inch adhesive Mexican flag posted in great numbers, would be an excellent and covert way to destabilize upper class assholes. The tactic was to paste at least 200 or more of the small Mexican flags close to each center of dominant power. Specific sites were the entrances of the buildings that housed corporate executives, on poles and street lamps, entrances to parking lots and freeway off ramps that are traveled by social managers in route to their offices. Occasionally a janitor or cleaning lady would help get a flag or two inside a building. In the case of Bel Aire it was only possible to hit the local street lights outside the gated community.
Unlike the psychogeography of some guy named Debord and the Situationist International, GeoLoco ResistanceŠ is not a form of experiential tourism that treats local residents like animals in a zoo. Instead it is an incoherent incursion into enemy territory to displace notions of ownership, control and power.
Other Sites of GeoLoco ResistanceŠ in Los Angeles include;
Beverly Hills, Malibu. Hollywood Hills.
