Upon receiving your application, we will notify you via e-mail of any problems with your application. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail containing your Username and Password and authorizing you to begin trading immediately.
System response and account access times may vary due to a variety of factors, including trading volumes, market conditions, system performance, and other factors.

Personal checks will be processed within 3-6 business days of receipt, while wire transfers are cleared within 1-2 business days after receipt. Please keep in mind that CMS LLC does not accept funds for any trading account via a third party.

Please be aware that you must first receive approval of your trading agreement from our Customer Service Department and the permission to wire funds for trading - and only after that should you wire funds to our bank account! Please follow this mandatory rule. Funds wired before the trading agreement is approved will be immediately returned at the customer's expense!
Note that all wires received by CMS LLC on Friday after 3:00 PM Eastern time will be credited to your account on the following Monday.
Reminder - we may transfer money from one account to another if both of them belong to the same trader only, and ONLY AFTER RECEIVING A SIGNED WITHDRAWAL REQUEST from the trader (or joint account holder) during our office hours from 9AM EST to 7PM EST Monday through Friday. Funds may be withdrawn by the signatory(s) of the trading agreement alone. No third party payments are allowed. No funds transfers from one account to another made via telephone requests are accepted! Transferring funds between trading accounts is free!
WITHDRAWING FUNDS:
To withdraw funds or close an account, complete the Withdrawal Request below. We will process your request within 2-3 business days of receiving your request. Be sure to include the correct wiring instructions, bank name, address, and account number.
