The first things of first to remember always wash your hands and brush your teeth before you start! Hygeine is must.
Ok. For business. If you are going to wear contact lenses, put them in now. [Be sure your hands are clean!]
It seems to fit for starting with a before picture and after picture. So, BEFORE::

Ok, first step is a coverup. Noone really has perfect skin, so we need a beautiful white canvas to paint on. Remember, stay with your skin color! Don't choose a much lighter or darker color than the skin you already have. Two shades of difference is the most! Remember to blend the make onto your neck so it doesnt appear like a mask.
Remember to try and get your lips the same color as your face for beginning.
now, a lot of peoplez complain that they dun no how to use liquid eyeliner, but its really simple, just be careful! :D and practice. Follow the line of your eyes, if there is no line, follow the bones of your eyes.
Line it first to make sure its even, then go ahead and color it in. Remember not to draw around your whole eyes, only on the outside corner and tops! ***
On the inside corner of your eyes, draw white over until it meets the black, and draw it over the top of the black on the outside corners on top.
Next, choose a color that matches the colors of your outfit. If your outfit doesn't have any, just choose one that matches your hair or skin colors. Apply the eyedust to the part of your eyes from the outside corner where the eyeliners are up to your eyebrow line in a fading appearance.
Go ahead and draw your eyebrows and add mascara. If you have eye glue, i recommend it, unless your eyes are already look awake.
From this spot, use tweezers and eyelash glue to add fake eyelashes. Don't buy the costume kind with glitter and gems, cos it really looks silly like u dun no what your doing.
See how much more awake I look? False eyelashes make your eyes look so much bigger and open.
Now take the eyelash glue and tweezers and use it to put colored gems in any design or pattern you like.
This is a fun part. Take lip or eye liners and draw your lips in any shape you want them. You can make them bigger or smaller or pouting or anything you like.
Ok, last step is add some lipstick or lipgloss. I dun recomend any lipstick that isnt close to the color of your natural lips, cos emphasize it usually your eyes.
